| 2003，Of the State Sports General Administration, the Department of Education and GeneralAdministration of Sport of China consult together, and formally approved by the State Council, Since the23rd World University Games, the Department of Education will organize and attend it and this is anepoch-making decision which will bring both a new developing chance to the development of sports ineducational system and some benefits and impacts to Chinese competitive basketball sports training system.However, it is neonatal for Educational System to organize and prepare for World University Games. Howto the Department of Education under perfect competitive sports and sports education standards in thisgame, how to allocate the country’s material resources, reserves of high-level coaches, selectioncompetition system elements organically integrate and planning to establish a scientific and rationalpreparing for the World University basketball program organization and management, thus contributing tothe development of China’s college basketball, is currently a serious problem.Methods of documentation, consultancy, questionaire investigation, mathmetical statistics andcomparative were used in this paper. Directed by Theory of Sports Value, this paper studied Ourparticipation in the World University basketball game depth study of values, and traditions of the worldUniversity basketball teams preparing for the World University participate depth comparative analysis tounderstand the differences between China and the gap between them in terms of competition values, accessto revelation, further promote the development of China’s college basketball.Main conclusions of this study are as follows:1、the values of contemporary Chinese sports are experiencing the process of evolution and the unityof the one-sidedness of the dual nature of the multi-faceted nature of transmutation.2、At present, the development of the World University Games are facing, such as decreased levels ofcompetition, lack of some of the problems, such as high-level athletes of all ages, but it also indicates thatthe world is precisely the purpose and philosophy of the University organizing a real return.3、World University basketball program for the promotion of ideological and moral, culturalpromotion of quality education, promote physical and mental quality education, to develop social skills have a significant role and influence.4、After1995, China’s basketball team scores a clunker in the World University Games, the country’sparticipation in the World University basketball game values is gradually turned down "politicalovertones."5、China’s participation in the World University Games basketball tournament value orientation isundergoing major changes, has been the development of perspective on college students return to the body.6、Change, novelty, with the world of ideas already in college coaches and athletes in mind matures,"sports ontology","sports society" to get their absolute support.7、There is still a college basketball our community of college basketball tournament positioningrecognize there is a certain bias, college basketball league of social concern is not enough, high-leveltalents training of college basketball is not perfect and other issues.Based on above reasons, the proposals should be given as following：1、And actively explore new ways of combining sports and education, strengthening scientific training,and enhance the competitive level of the student athletes.2、Emphasis on the development of grassroots basketball, outstanding basketball talents to improve thesystem and incentive mechanisms for the protection and survival of the main sports participation, adjust theexisting development programs in college basketball, the concentration of superior resources, focus on thedevelopment district, increasing basketball talent base.3、China’s universities face University basketball game, recent strategic objectives should be clear,scientific planning and medium-term strategic objectives for planning, establishing office team thinking,strengthen publicity and make full use of existing resources, optimize the combination of reasonableconfiguration, speed up their high level of basketball team building.4、And constantly improve the domestic basketball league development mechanism, strengthengrassroots preliminaries CUBA promotion, optimization Division Series quota distribution system andincrease the teams, the development of relevant incentive system, increasing the attractiveness of thecollege league and college students. |
