| Our life is inseparable from the networks and information as human beings moving forward to the information age. The progress and development of higher educational institutions’digitalization also had a profound effect on basic education. The controversy between pursuing of high-qualified basic education resources and the scarcity of education resources is becoming more and more serious.In this research, firstly, it sums up the constructive research results of domestic and foreign-related theories and practices, which determined the fundament of it. Secondly, by comparing of similar systems, it elaborates the research and analysis on the concepts and theories of the SRP and information platform clarified the meaning of study on this topic. Thirdly, it designs the basic structure of SRP systems in accordance with the developing situation of Yunnan University Secondary School, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses based on the basic idea of creating a platform for service-oriented education and based on admitting the positive effects of the current management. It examines the necessity and theoretical foundation of the construction of this platform. Fourthly, Then it deliberates the countermeasures of how to gradually establish SRP system based on the theory of public management, combining parts of applications and practices, with emphasis on the utilization of information service platform in its initial stage. It illustrates the objectives, ideas, principles, and models of information service platform based on the SRP framework. Lastly, this paper summarized the development of SRP of Yunnan University Secondary School. Proposed the necessity and practicability of the problems, analyzing of the problems, solving of the problems, and with details in how to solve the problems in structural means.The research indicates that there is a necessity of developing a SRP system within Yunnan University Secondary School. It is not an simple information product alone, but based on the positive challenge of managing key high schools using structures built with public service under the guidance of public management, the application of information technology practices will eventually benefit the teachers and students, as well as public and social services. |
