Under the guidance of the spirit of the new curriculum reform,"the student par-ticipation" has become the reform direction of curriculum implementation, and it is the concept advocated by the new curriculum reform. Therefore our new curriculum reform urgently needs the new changs about the ideas on the professional role of teachers, and teaching ability. It requires that teachers should not only master teaching discipline knowledge and skills, but also more to master relevant knowledge and skills of the e-ducation teaching, in order to guide students to participate in class. The author in teaching practice found that the change of teachers’classroom teaching skills influences students’classroom participation greatly. Because it plays an important role to mo-tivate and draw students’attention to class activities, as well as strengthen students’ reception of information. Besides, it creates the conditions for the participation of the students in different levels.This paper arranges and analyzes the change of teachers’classroom teaching skill-s, the research findings about students’participation,and the theory of brain science though document literature review. And then this paper design two pieces of ques-tionnaires, they are "The change of teachers’classroom teaching skills to apply of mathematics teachers status in the junior middle school"(the questionnaire1), and "The investigation of junior middle school mathematics teachers use the change of teachers’classroom teaching skills impact on students’participation in classroom"(the questionnaire2) to reach. Through the statistical analysis of survey data, found that the junior middle school mathematics teachers have lower levels of the change of teach-ers’classroom teaching skills in the Midwest of Hainan Province, which have important influence on the student participation in classroom.According to the results of research, this paper aims to improve and cultivate the change of teachers’ classroom teaching skills of junior middle school mathematics teach-ers, leading to improve students’classroom participation. What’s more, the author hopes to make some suggestions and training strategies based on the theory of lifelong education, mainly from five levels, they are the policy level, training level, school level, supervision and evaluation level, and teachers’personal level.
