But by investigation, we found that exposed a lot of problems.Construction units fails to complete the task on time; The project schedule delay;Failed to establish a reasonable project cost budget to increase the project’s financialrisks; In the inclement natural environment, highlights a number of quality and safetyproblems. Through the identification of various risks of Construction Project HopePrimary School, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for dealing withproject risk, and hope to provide some reference for the hope primary school projectrisk management.This article combined with the project risk management theory, using literatureretrieval, analysis and other research methods, from simple to complex, from generalto specific, from theory to empirical way to explore and research the primary schoolconstruction project risk management. In the writing of this paper, we used projectrisk management theory to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis for theprimary school and got a scientific and rational analysis that provides a guarantee forthe project.This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part introduces the backgroundand significance of the project. At the same time, described the trends in riskmanagement at home and abroad and importance of development hope projects. In thesecond part, this paper introduces the concept, content and method of project riskmanagement. The third part introduces the basic situation of A hope primary schoolconstruction project and uses the relevant theory of risk management to Identifyproject risks. The fourth part analyzed the risks of A hope primary school project andgot the measurement results of the risk which is based on the main factors of the project risk identification and risk analysis method. Using the analytic hierarchyprocess and fuzzy evaluation method in the fifth part to evaluate and analyze the riskfactors of the project, and sort these factors according to their impacts. In the sixthpart, combining the above analysis, it put forward to some measures deal with A hopeprimary school construction project risk.In the last part of the paper, combining withthe application and popularization of the project risk management in the practicalwork, it puts forward a set of risk management method for A hope primary schoolconstruction project, and analyze the problem that will be studied further.
