New Considerations To College Students’ Ideological-Political Education Under The School

Ideological and political education as a way to improve college students’ideological and moral quality education, is an important basic work of cultivatingqualified builders and reliable successors of socialism of cultivating with lofty ideals,high cultural, ethical standards and strong sense of discipline, which has significant andfar-reaching strategic significance. Secondly, theability of college students has changed, the students more focus on the practical ability.Thirdly, higher education management mode has been taken change in higher education,cooperative enterprises play an important role in the specialty construction, curriculumand teaching process, teaching and management is directly involved in the college.Fourthly, the subject of ideological and political education has been taken change fromsingle subject of teachers in colleges and universities to the binary subjects of containbusiness teacher. All these changes have exerted great influence on college students’Ideological and political education, which should treat, correctly.According to the new problems in the college students’ ideological and politicaleducation under school-enterprise joint education model as well as the essence ofcollege students’ ideological and political education, it is a pressing matter of themoment to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students fromthe education system, teaching staff and security mechanism. From the educationsystem, college students’ ideological and political education should include the contentsystem, method system and management system, the system principle. From theteaching staff, three aspects work should be focused on. The first is to choose the bestsymbiotic partners and to construct a diversified faculty. The second is to strengthenautonomic learning and to cultivate a high level teaching staff.
