With the application of information technology in education, the concept of people-oriented, lifelong education in the network education is growing rapidly, Learning on network course has become one of the most popular and most important ways of learning. However, because of the open and separation in time and space on network course, the learner’s spatial degrees of freedom and time degrees of freedom is making more and more. The teacher can’t directly monitor and urge online learners’ learning status and learning behavior like a traditional classroom, students can’t play "fun" like traditional classroom either. This often leads to some of the learners’ learning motivation and persistence reducing, and even a "drop-out" phenomenon. The research tries to endow a variety of learning behaviors with integration basing on the analysis of online learners’ learning behaviors, and then establishes the network-course integral system. It aims at keeping and encouraging learners’learning motivation, improving the learning initiative.Network course learning behavior is a series of related behaviors and learning activities that the learners show in the process that interact with the learning environment, the learning resources and the peers when learning on the network course platform. The research is built on Behavioral Science Theory, online learning behaviors is classified as information acquisition behavior, information use behavior, information interaction behavior and information innovation behavior by different levels and dimensions according to Dr. Peng Wenhui’s learning behavior OCCP classification model and the network learning behavior S-F-T three-dimensional classification model. The classification not only roundly grasps the behaviors in the process that learners study online, but also reduces the repetition among different behaviors as far as possible.The purpose of integral construction is encouraging and promoting the positive learning behaviors in the network course, further improving the learners’ the initiative and enthusiasm. The study further combs the integral quantitative online learning behaviors and their specific attributes basing on the analysis and classification of learning behavior above, then sets the integral points of the related behaviors to construct the generally applicable network course of integral system which mainly includes four modules nine small class and25points. The analysis of the network course learning behavior integral points and the construction of the network course integral system afford the practicable operation guidance for the practice of the specific network course integration.After the construction of the integral system has finished, in order to test the practicability of the integral system, the study is implemented and tested in the network course of "Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum" on the Moodle, guided by the integral system implementing principle. The practice process designs the integral rules for some course specifically, implements the integral system systematically, and then analyzes and test the effect of integral system by interview and questionnaire method. The practice has proved that the integral system in this study is scientific and effective, it can encourage and keep learning motivation partly, and improve learners’ learning motivation.
