In the context of globalization, the exchange between city and rural in china becomes more frequently, the space for local knowledge is gradually narrowing. In order to improve this tendency, all the person focus the local education, educators put all their attentions on rural teachers. However, the practical effect is not satisfactory. There is few person cares the particularity of rural field, as well as the cultural situation of rural teachers. Most rural teachers know little about local knowledge, therefore we need to provide a background support for rural, thus proposing the idea of site construction of local knowledge. If rural teachers can make use of the site effectively, it will be helpful for students to enhance their understanding of the local culture, promoting their emotion edify. Also it does have great significance for the inheritance and development of local culture.Based on the above research background, author carried out the construction for the rural teachers’ local knowledge site. In the theoretical research part, we combed the research results of local knowledge in the domestic and overseas, defining the core concepts of local, local knowledge, rural and local knowledge site. At the same time, on the base of clarifying the local knowledge sites’ value, basic concept and design, we began to construct the theoretical framework of local knowledge. In empirical research part, we took a good understand of the development situation about local knowledge website through the field research and case analysis. Firstly, we discussed the present construction situation of local knowledge website and existing problems through literature review and case analysis. Besides, We selected a specific rural field, setting up the local knowledge site for rural teachers through the on-the-spot field inspection and big comprehensive understanding of the local knowledge in JinXiang town. For the convenience of rural teachers’ native teaching, this study tries to build a system model of local knowledge site. Establishing the local knowledge websites is helpful for rural teachers to improve their teaching quality. We hope that according to the system model, we can design a specific local knowledge about JinXiang town, which will improve the rural teachers’ local knowledge self-restraint, thus to achieve the optimal operation of teachers’ teaching classroom. In the process of design the model system about local knowledge, we fully consider the rural teachers’ information literacy and information demand, establishing the thematic website framework about local knowledge, which can meet the demand of rural teachers’ information ability and local teaching.
