Since2001published "education" fifteen "development compendium", all parts of the country havebegun to attach importance to the education informationization construction, both in the capitalinvestment, the scale of construction, the software and hardware platform construction and other fieldshave achieved great development.“From the construction phase to the application stage, in order to promotethe practical application of educational development” is the main task of our educational information at thisstage. With the development of education informationization in China, its contradictions mainly reflect thehigh investment and the application effect on the hardware facilities of the low, how to evaluate the inputand output of education in our country, find out the restricting the fast development of educationinformationization key factors, to find solutions to problems that have emerged, improve application ofthe benefit, so as to promote the development of education informationization in China, has becomea priority among priorities in education research in china. Because the time of education informationizationpresented is still relatively short, so the performance evaluation of education informationization, whetherforeign or domestic are in the exploration stage and try. In addition, education informationization forperformance evaluation is difficult, partly because of education informationization is not only a process ofdynamic development, but it is a multi-input multi-output, and its output is not easy to use quantitativeindicators to measure; hand in the field has yet to put forward a mature theory and appropriatemeasurement tools and methods, so performance evaluation of education informationization has become anissue of great concern to everyone.Based on the current development of information technology in education, in order to solve oureducation problems in information technology for the research objectives, through the special educationinformationization to evaluate the performance evaluation index system and evaluation research model,hoping to promote China’s education informationization along the efficient and pragmatic direction to makesome contribution, and provide some references for decision-making body of education informationization.The main contents of this paper include the following parts:The first part is the introduction, is to study the background and significance of this paper is mainlytheoretical literature review, research methods and research.The second part is the text of the article is mainly explained the necessity of interpretation of the coreconcepts in this article and on the basis of the performance evaluation of educational information.The third part of the contents of the course is to introduce the basic education information to establishperformance evaluation system of basic education and information on the performance evaluation model.The fourth part mainly is proven and suggestions for improvement of basic education informationDEA evaluation model.The fifth part is the main content of the main conclusions and prospects for future work.This paper examined a large number of domestic and foreign education informationization and evaluation of relevant literature education after basic education at home and abroad by analyzinginformation related to policies, software and hardware facilities, teacher training and educational benefits ofinformation technology, such as information technology environment aspects, combined with informationon the status of basic education survey Puyang City, to design a relatively good educationinformationization performance evaluation system. In this paper, described eight schools of Puyang indetail the specific steps to apply the index system and model performance evaluation of educationinformationization. The innovation of this paper is the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is applied to theperformance evaluation of education informationization, and through analysis of Puyang City, designed theeducation informationization of a suitable performance evaluation underdeveloped central and westernregions systems and models.
