Research On The Methods Of Socialist Core Value Education To College Students

Socialist core values is a significant innovation of the theory of socialism withChinese characteristics. It is the further refining of socialist core value system. Thesocialist core values caontain12words which is referred to as "three advocates".The education of socialist core values to college students is an important content ofcolledge ideological and political education which ensures the orientation of thecolledge students.In order to improve the effect of college students’ socialist core values education,we need to focus on the methods we use. The implementation of the college students’socialist core values education activity mainly through three channels: school, societyand family. There are some problems in the progress of concrete implementation:firstly, the school can’t really implement "SanJin" project of socialist core valueseducation; education activities are progressed in the form of collective infusion whichis lack of pertinence; practice education methods exist for the phenomenon. Secondly,when it comes to mass media approach, the college stusents’ socialist core valueseducation lacks unified planning, which harms the effects. The last but not the least,family education methods lack the oretical guidance which undermines the effects ofthe college stusents’ socialist core values education.Aimed at the problems in the process of implementation of education methodmentioned above, in order to improve the effects of the college students’ education ofthe socialist core values, we can take measures in three ways: As to school, to givefull play to the role of main channel of ideological theoretical education of collegesand universities; Organizing assoted culture activities on campus; To strengthen theconstruction of psychological consulting center platform, to better carry out collegestudents’ mental health education; Transforming the work way of thinking ofideological and political educators; Urging the students to personally practice thesocialist core values, which can enhance the effects. As to the social aspects:Guidingthe direction of mass media publicity; Attaching great importance to the recessiveeducation, infiltrating the socialist core values in the whole society. As to family:drawing experience and wisdom from Chinese traditional family education; Attachinggreat importance to the exemplary role model of our parents.
