Secondary vocational education is to follow the development of the market and the needof investigation and research, relying on the business capital and the development direction ofcooperation between the enterprise and colleges,aiming to cultivate the suitable staff to meetthe demand of the reform and innovation. Creating high-quality professional and technicaltalent has become the new topic for education managers. It’s the high time that Vocationalschools should know clearly what kind of talents they must cultivate and to create acultivating mode by widely using the experience of all sides, according to the reality of theircolleges. Through the research of the school’s reality and the problem of how developingtalents, exploring and building a perfect way for the local economy, developmentcharacteristics, and secondary vocational education personnel training is the very suitable wayfor the students.According to the author’s investigation and researching about the mode of the currentsecondary vocational education personnel training, and the phenomenon and the reasonsexisting in the students of Jilin industry and trade school, she took the students as examples,hoping to promote steady sustainable development of China’s vocational education healthy byexploring a suitable way for China’s social and local economic development needs of talenttraining forms.The Paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction, including research questions, research purpose and thesignificance of the research, literature review, research methods and characteristics.The second part is mainly about the present situation of cooperation between highervocational colleges and the talent training mode is analyzed.The third part is the narrative of Jilin industry and trade school personnel training modeof practice.The fourth part is mainly elaborated “university-enterprise cooperation” training mode ofthinking.
