| Secondary vocational education is to follow the development of the market and the needof investigation and research, relying on the business capital and the development direction ofcooperation between the enterprise and colleges，aiming to cultivate the suitable staff to meetthe demand of the reform and innovation. Creating high-quality professional and technicaltalent has become the new topic for education managers. It’s the high time that Vocationalschools should know clearly what kind of talents they must cultivate and to create acultivating mode by widely using the experience of all sides, according to the reality of theircolleges.
