The university stage carrying tasks of development the most important in life, in thecritical period of psychological, personality gradually perfect. College studentsvulnerable groups as easily overlooked part of the group, in the face of the variousproblems of growing up, with the development of demand more, and interpersonalcommunication is one of the most urgent needs. How to solve the problem of vulnerablegroups among college students met in the exchanges and improve the problem ofvulnerable groups of college students communication ability, is related to their successfulstep out the first step of key social.This paper from the social work professional perspective, by interviewing the Xuniversity psychological counselors and students, X analysis of university studentsinterpersonal situation of vulnerable groups of college students interpersonal needs.The nbased on the theory of interpersonal communication theory and social exchange, usingthe method of group work, intervention of vulnerable groups of college studentsinterpersonal skills, establish development group. Through group activities, helpingmembers strengthen interpersonal skills, self-confidence, open your heart, open topositive, self confidence in the face of interpersonal communication. The group has atotal of five days, are pleased to meet you, I trust you, take heart and the heart of thebridge, respect for others and make sail tomorrow. In group activities, social workershave a "help people to help themselves" concept to carry out activities, promote tea mgrowth. Another advantage of the group activities is "mutual aid", between teammembers can help each other, mutual promotion, and develops with the development ofthe group.Finally, evaluation to the group activity to process evaluation and assessmentof results. Process evaluation is at the end of every day activities to assess the groupactivities; results evaluation in group activities after the end, to assess the entire groupactivities, including the evaluation of group activities, evaluation of team goals and socialworker assessment. Through the assessment, we can draw, the team activity goal reached,group activities successfully.Through this research, the author found that the feasibility of intervention groupactivities intention of vulnerable groups of college students ability of interpersonalcommunication, provides a new idea for the students to help vulnerable groups.It is alsohas many deficiencies, including the definition of the research object, the lack ofprofessional practice. But through this research can be found, interpersonal problemsolving of vulnerable groups of college students through group work method is feasible,which provides a new perspective for the study of vulnerable groups of College students.
