Quality is a comprehensive, overall, long-term infrastructure to improve theschool’s development, and is the main direction of the reform of vocational education.The quality of vocational education in Germany is the excellent all over the world, soit is necessary for us to research on the internal quality assurance models of vocationaleducation in Germany.This paper firstly examines the origin and development of the internal qualityassurance of vocational education in Germany, from external quality assurance to theinternal quality assurance, according to characters of16states of Germany, classifiedmodels of the internal quality assurance of vocational education into four, namelyISO9001, EFQM, Q2E and school projects. Secondly, respectively explained threecore models-ISO9001, EFQM and Q2E, analyzed contents and procedures of thebasic content, management responsibility, resource management, service realization,measurement, analysis and improvement of the ISO9001model; analyzed the basicconcepts, standards and RADAR logic of the EFQM model; analyzed elements andtheir contents, focusing on the specific processes of the Q2E model. Finally,summed up three characteristics and enlightenments of the internal quality assuranceof vocational education in Germany, namely selection quality assurance modeldepends on the goal of the vocational education’s quality, Q2E model is the coremodel in German, continuous improvement is the eternal theme of internal qualityassurance.
