Transformation of teacher education is a big eve nt occurred an the turn of the century in our country. In the past 10 years, Formed an new and integration system of teacher education aimed at improve the professional quality of teachers.Teacher education not only promote the development of Higher Educat ion, but also undertaking the basic teacher training,it is in key position of talents cultivation. Teacher education burns early in our country, but its transformation late.It is twists and turns along the development road. In order to deepen the reform of the teacher education, we need to replay the history, find the experience form the problem, find the new way from the current situation. This study is reviewing our country ’s teacher education transformation history, combing Shenyang Normal University ’s current situation as individual case to find the experience and enlightenment, reflect the existing problems, explore the future path.This thesis consists five parts:The first part: Introduction. To introduce the origin of the study, the significance of the research and research methods. Carding the research status at home and abroad.Finding out the shortcomings of previous studies and so on. The second part:The theory of teacher education.Defining the core concepts, exploration of the theoretical basis of the transformation of teacher education, attempts to explain the necessity of the deepen developing teacher education,in order to making an theoretical support for the study.University is the main unit to do the works of teacher education, so the transition elements are point at college transformation.Analysis the transition elements can master a measure of the standard transformation.The third part:The general situation of the transformation of teacher education in China.This part is the main part of the essay. Review the course of the transformation of teacher education.Analysis the problems and achievements of the normal education.Observe the teacher education development status in our country.To explore the existing problems by comprehensive ana lysis.History not only tell us story, but also experience and the enlightenment.This part is article ’s spine,throughout. The fourth part:The implementation of specific is another main part of the article.Mainly aims at the Shenyang Normal University teache r education transition to do a detailed explanation.From our country transition of teacher education specific to the transformation of Shenyang Normal University.In order to analyze the actual situation.To solve the practical problems.The fifth part:Regression of macro,reflect the problems, on the basis of the author found the problems, sum up three level:ideas, practice, institution.
