| The study attempts to investigate how the choice preference of physical education and sport habit bought people to have a healthy lifestyle as perceived by the Hong Kong college students.A survey questionnaire was designed with content validity being established. The data for this study were collected from 1012 students in Hong Kong. Data were treated utilizing descriptive statistics mainly such as frequency counts and percentages. Independent t-test was used to determine the gender differences in various variables. ANOVA was used to analyze the differences between group means. Male and female subjects agreed exercising was good for health and can bring them to have a healthy lifestyle as indicated by the respondents. The present finding provides some insight and understanding about the new phenomenon of sport market in Hong Kong. |
