The purpose of the research is to find the correlation between training load and training monitor index via analyze the variation of index and training load of 39 athletes in Chinese Canoe (Sprint) Team during the winter training camp of 2013-2014 season. At the same time, to find the correlation between particular period training result of canoe and training real-monitor parameters. Then analysis the correlation between athlete’s ability and training loads. The method of the research is that testing the athletes’ indexes in every Monday’s morning. The indexes are including the body weight, fatness, muscle, hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, creatine kinase, urinate component. Choose the important training session which can representative the training method. During the test session of period, testing the athletes’ max heart rate, average heart rate. Blood lactate after excises, and after 3min and 5min to analyses the correlation between the training loads and the training real-time parameters. The result are the low intensity aerobic training(WK-L2,MK-GA1,MC-Special Ⅰ and Ⅱ) in winter training has a significant effect on athletes’ fatness and body weight; there is a significant correlation between creatine kinase and WK group L7 training intensity(r=0.817); The hemoglobin and blood urea nitrogen changes with some regularity.;Aerobic training loads can improve the aerobic ability, but too much aerobic loads will destroy the anaerobic ability. The conclusions are:1. For the over-weight canoe athletes, The low intensity aerobic training in winter training has a significant effect on athletes’ fatness and body weight..2. The creatine kinase can evaluate the high intensity paddle training and Gym training load. then adjust the training3. The hemoglobin and blood urea nitrogen can reflect the training loads effectively.4. The arrangement of winter training intensity should combine the high and low intensity. Only low aerobic intensity is not good for athletes’ paddle anaerobic ability.
