Research On The Internal Control System Of H University

In recent years, the economic environment of China has changed a lot with the construction of the socialist market economy and development. Many colleges and universities expanded rapidly. Complex and diverse economic activities that with the rapid growth of capital flows have greatly accelerated the pace of expansion and construction of colleges and universities. The internal control plays a more important role in the management of universities as the tool to ensure the smooth running of universities. However, the construction and development of Chinese Universities internal control is too young. The existing internal control system is difficult to adapt to the development of universities. Therefore, it is important to do such a research that relates to how to strengthen the internal control of universities.Refers to “administrative institutions(Trial)”, this paper analysis the status of the internal control of H University from the following five parts: internal control 、control activities、risk assessment、information and communication and control supervision. It points out that there are many problems in the internal control of H University. And it also gives some suggestions to optimize the internal control system of H University, with the purpose of improving the management level and establishing the risk assessment mechanism, to promote the sustainable development of the school.
