Nowadays, the world is witnessing rapid development in science and technology, surging economic globalization and more furious competition. People become more depressed and less positive with higher pressure form their job, which further drags the company’s overall performance. While group work and well improve this scenario. As a professional social work approach, based on the professional values, group work can promote communication and experience sharing among group members by applying professional theories and carefully organizing activities so that relationship among the staff, group and society can be improved. This benefits the individual condition and strengthens personal functions.According to the problems with the working condition of Real Estate Agent M’s staff, the paper focuses on the relevant group work scheme and the effect in improving staff’s working condition. Firstly, working condition questionnaires are designed and distributed to collect information for later group work scheme. Then through training and the combination of professional skills, try to convey professional knowledge and skills to the staff, help them to adjust their mentality and know more about themselves so that they can improve their social skills and learn how to manage emotion and pressure to achieve a successful psychological counseling. After that, SAS(Self Rating Anxiety Scale), SDS(Self Rating Depression Scale), working condition questionnaire and self-made questionnaire are used to conduct back measurement and investigate the result of group work.The paper analyzes, compares and summarizes obtained from the first and second questionnaires, the result shows that the group work intervention is effective, and the working condition of M’s staff is obviously improved, the level of employee job satisfaction is improved; the staff number who think working pressure is high decreased; depression condition improved markedly. It proves that the group work plays an positive role in improving staff’s working condition.
