Teachers’ professional identity is a kind of state, which can measure the development degree of a teacher or a teacher groups’ professional concept, professional role,professional emotion, professional content, professional manner and is also a process, which is to express teachers how to construct their own professional in the interaction with the surrounding environment in the education and teaching activities. And management countermeasures of promoting teachers’ professional identity is to bring up the school management methods focused on how to improve teachers’ professional identity level, and to promote the construction of teachers’ professional identity actively. It has important significance in the aspects to help teachers understand their own professional work, to give meaning to, to take positive and effective teaching behavior. China started relatively late on the study of professional identity, and research achievements mainly focused on the connotation characteristics level types, constituent elements, influence factors of teachers’ professional identity, but for the management countermeasures to promote the development of teachers’ professional identity, it is lack of systematic research from the perspective of school management. In view of this, This study was based on previous studies to propose countermeasures in favor of teachers’ professional identity from the perspective of school management,which has important theoretical and practical significance on the research of teachers’ professional identity.The research carried out in accordance with the basic logic which includes "what,why,how to do".The main research questions are:what is the relation between promoting teachers’ identity and the school management countermeasures?What are the status quo of professional identity of the teachers? what problems there still exist, and what are the causes of the questions? What are the countermeasures there for promoting professional identity of the teacher based on the perspective of school management? How to effectively realize the promoting of teachers’professional identity?This research mainly adopts the method of qualitative research, designed questionnaires and interview outline according to the five dimensions of professional concept, professional role, professional emotion, professional content and professional mode in the dimensions analysis of the teachers’professional identity. Through the questionnaire survey to 213 teachers in primary and secondary school and many interviews to school administrators and teachers, it collected and obtained first-hand materials for research, understood the current situation and existing problems of teachers’professional identity, understood their countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the teachers’professional identity, which established strong practice basis for the development of this research and provided abundant practical proof materials.Through the systematic thinking and argument, this research held the following viewpoints:firstly, the relationship between promoting the teachers’professional identity and the school management countermeasures reflected in:promoting teachers’professional identity can’t exist without the corresponding countermeasures of school management, school management countermeasures are the effective measures to promote teachers’professional identity, and promoting teachers’ professional identity reflects the three aspects of era transition of the school management countermeasures. Secondly, the overall level of the teachers’professional identity in primary and secondary school is relatively high, but there still exists that teachers’professional concept can’t reach the requirement, teachers’understanding of professional role exists deviations, teachers’professional emotions are superficial, understanding of teachers’professional contents are not profound, teachers’ professional methods are single. Thirdly, based on the perspective of school management, to solve the existing problems in the practice of teachers’professional identity, it needs to start from the connotation dimension of the teachers’professional identity to improve the teachers’professional concept identity from the strengthening idea of student-oriented, implementation of the teachers’ethics being the first concept, emphasizing strengthening the ability, practicing the lifelong learning; improve teachers’professional role identification from the three aspects of strengthening the understanding of the role of "teacher", improving the consciousness of "scholars" role for teachers and building the community of "educator" role for teachers, promote teachers’professional identity from expanding professional knowledge and improving professional skills; promote teachers’professional identity from two aspects of carrying out various research activities and improving teachers’ project study consciousness. Fourthly, countermeasures of promoting teachers’professional identity belong to the new field of exploring school management, the implementation of which may encounter two aspects of difficulties from the individual teacher and implementation itself of school management countermeasures, therefore, its implementation requires two aspects of security conditions including needing teachers to play a main body role and school construction support system.
