Research Of College Canteen SystemAnd Problem

College canteen as an important part of college,its business philosophy is to provide services for the majority of teachers and students,it is a service,public welfare organizations,but not for economic interest.Since the beginning of the reform and opening, with the transition of the planned to market economy, the traditional mode of college canteen is showing a lot of problems and disadvantages, for example, easygoing management, impedient communication, obsolete equipment, low quality of service, and so on. Because of these problems, the contradiction is generated between college logistics catering jobs and students, it is easy to produce disturbing factors in the students if this contradiction is not solved, it is hidden danger in campus stability and society stability. With the development of The Times, college canteen management pattern is changing, marketization, socialization of property management in the college canteen is becoming the development trend of modern college canteen. Times is changing but service and public welfare nature of the college canteen without changing, the contradiction is generated between marketization mechanism and the public welfare nature, some related problem is coming.In this paper, the research object is several management modes, through theoretical analysis and practical research, a lot of problems in management system and operating mechanism of college canteen are enumerated, this paper analyzes the reason of the problem, find out some methods to solve the problem under the guidance of the theory, the aim is to provide some advise about reform and development of college canteen, enrich correlation theory of college canteen management system, promote college canteen to better service for teachers and students.
