Teachers’professional knowledge always worthy of attention,because any research should focus on what kind of knowledge the teachers use in the classroom teaching.“What are the problems to research is to some extent to measure whether the topic research significance”(胡东芳,2009)。This study defined MPCK is mathematics content knowledge(MK), general pedagogical knowledge(PK), knowledge about student’s mathematics specific subject(CK) and education technical knowledge(TK) fusion, is essentially a class teacher how to mathematics in the form of academic knowledge into the students easy to understand and accept the education form of knowledge, in order to improve the students ability to solve problems, put forward the problems and improve the students’ mathematics accomplishment.This research mainly for subei early as six outstanding teachers of mathematics, a high school in listening to lectures, video observation and interview after class as a research tool, focus on the good job of teachers in the classroom at the beginning of using MPCK and lead to the students’ learning activities and learning results.Subject content knowledge and teaching purpose of knowledge jointly determine the specific subject teaching value, to answer the question of why teach; Students understand knowledge on a particular subject who is taught, they will be the problem of how to learn; Content organization the level of the knowledge of the subject content, determine the specific subject teaching orientation, answered teach what questions; Teaching strategies to solve the problem of how to teach, it is according to the students how to learn and related topic is how to determine the associated; Effect of feedback knowledge answered how teach.Let the students know the results of the study in time, eliminate students’ misunderstanding. These components interact with each other, heads of the subject teaching of sexual concept of learning and teaching of specific subject knowledge plays a guiding role; Specific subject knowledge accumulation of learning and teaching, through the quantitative change to qualitative change, also restructuring at the head of the sexual attitudes of the teaching.
