The purpose of education is to be able to maximize their individual potential, spirituality and the possibility of people inside to maximize production. However, as the object of education- students, their learning styles, interests, personality and temperament, and there are various aspects of family background differences. Therefore, in order to better promote their development, then we need the teaching to meet their needs.As an important part of vocational education- vocational education, which bears an important responsibility to society with a large number of middle-class technical talent, to promote national economic development plays a vital role. Secondary vocational education is affecting the quality of teaching a secondary vocational education process, it can affect the play of secondary vocational training objectives are met. However, secondary vocational education from the current point of view, for classroom teaching and learning characteristics of vocational students are not given a high enough attention, which is typical of secondary vocational schools teaching characteristics. The influence of traditional teaching, secondary vocational and technical education or the use of current teaching mode and the original idea of the old classroom, especially in the way of learning, they are still the lack of specific, for most students in vocational education or continue to use the neat uniform teaching content and teaching methods.In this paper, the perspective of individual differences in learning, through questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze the current state of observation vocational students based on students’ learning styles and try to find out the problems, combined with the current secondary technical education on these issues methods are put forward to solve the strategy.
