As the state of the implementation of quality education to promote comprehensive reform, extracurricular sports training school sports as an integral part but did not get enough attention. Many times the only physical education teachers more emphasis on sports training, while ignoring the importance of extra-curricular sports training. Extracurricular sports training not only the overall development of physical and mental quality of high school students, but also can improve an athletic skills and level of training reserve sports talents. But for now, the Guangzhou Municipal Middle School seventh school extracurricular sports training is relatively loose, lack of integrity of character, and there are more of imitation and plagiarism in management, less innovative.Of course, the transplant itself is an innovative way, but if the results of others without any consideration of blindly copying, often in the practical application of the people astray.This paper is divided into six parts system analysis. First, the introduction, the main topic for the purpose, significance, domestic and foreign research reviewed, institutional change impact on middle school extracurricular sports training and research objects and methods. The second part of the basic theory, mainly for exercise physiology, sports training and education of management science analysis. The third part of the survey results and analysis, a detailed analysis of the main coaches, parents, teachers, students participating in the training, the training program, training time, capital investment, high school students for leadership coaches and training effectiveness of cognitive behavior.The fourth part, the problem and the reasons for the existence of extra-curricular sports training analysis, mainly for analysis of sports management mechanism, teaching coaches,training venues and other physical conditions as well as students, parents and teachers in understanding and attitude. The fifth part, measures to improve the extracurricular sports training advice, detailed analysis of the training hall and mechanisms, competition process, sources of funding, the coach’s own development. Part VI, research limitations and Prospect, the main limitation of the analysis carried out for the argument of this article. The article tries to study in Guangzhou seventh school extracurricular sports training practice found problems, such as sports management mechanism is unknown,professional development coaches weak awareness, effectiveness is poor, teacher and parents attitude towards extracurricular sports training is not clear, etc., and from sports training management theory to analyze the causes of these problems, such as Guangzhou,the seventh school sports management mechanism to be bound by the aims of education,self-development coaches and extracurricular sports training conflict, students, parents and teachers in understanding and attitudes biased extracurricular sports training for high school students in Guangzhou City seventh school extracurricular sports training propose appropriate measures to improve and perfect from extracurricular sports training management system, reform Games competition rules, widening funding sources for social forces to support the implementation of the coach specialized trainers, coaches play an active professional development of autonomy, inspire high school students to participate in extra-curricular sports training initiative, so as to look forward to providing a reference point for the rational development of Guangzhou City Middle School seventh school extracurricular sports training.
