Research On The College Ideological And Political Education Effectiveness Based On The Mobile Internet

It is a significant practical problem for the present colleges and universities educators to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, hence the task to change and innovate the mode of education administration and service has been extremely urgent in accordance with the changing times. The arrival of the mobile Internet era sets up a completely platform for the innovation of ideological and political education and injects new vitality to the improvement of its effectiveness as well. Just like all other emerging things, however, there still exist some adverse impacts of restraint and hindrance in the mobile Internet era although it has facilitated our educational development. Thus, a comprehensive, in-depth and accurate analysis and comprehension on the mobile Internet for both its positive and negative effect on the ideological and political education, which helps to set up goals and put forward productive strategies to have its positive effect totally achieved, is the essential precondition to take its full advantages. This article will conduct a systematical research based on the effectiveness of the ideological and political education for college students in the mobile Internet era, in which the following three aspects are mainly included.The first part will focus on the introduction to the theories of the mobile Internet and that of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education for college students. This part will be carried out specifically in three aspects, including the definition, features and functions of the mobile Internet, the definition and evaluation of the effectiveness of the college ideological and political education, and the theoretical foundation of the application of the mobile Internet into the college ideological and political education.The second part will put emphasis on the inspection of the effectiveness of the application of the mobile Internet into the college ideological and political education. Based on questionnaire methods and individual interviews,this inspection, which adopts the way of combining current status description and cause analysis by analyzing the educators, the educational objects, the educational environment and the educational methods, will explore the overall situation and the causes of the existing problems in the mobile Internet use from the perspectives of both positive and negative effects.The third part will pay attention to putting forward several targeted countermeasures to the promotion to the effectiveness of the college ideological and political education by taking the above mentioned inspection into consideration. These measures, including to advance the educators’ comprehensive quality to apply the Internet, to enhance the attainment of Internet use in the part of the college students, to boost the establishment of the college mobile Internet operating mechanism, and to propel the improvement of the role the mobile Internet platform played in the college ideological and political education, are aimed to make the Internet use in the college ideological and political education work in practice.
