YT Private Kindergarten Improved Internal Controls Of Social Responsibility

Since China’s reform and opening up, along with the development of social econom y and the need of education, the number of private kindergartensis gradually growing, an d these private kindergartens are becoming an important part and even a pillar of prescho ol education in our country. They have made great achievements. With private kindergart en vigorously development, the target of its management is also being changed quietly, w hich is mostly pursuing the maximum profit of themselves and the investors,but ignorin g the other aspects of social responsibility.This paper took YT private kindergartens for example. According to the analysis of t he current status of social responsibility, finding the issues of internal control over the so cial responsibility, and in accordance with the theories of internal control, it found out th e major problems. For these problems, corresponding improvement countermeasures wer e designed, which were to complete the internal control system of social responsibility, a nd to improve the consciousness of social responsibility.Combined with the relevant theory of internal control, this paper made an analysis o n the existing problems and causes of the YT private kindergarten’s control over its socia l responsibility. And then, it proposed some feasible solutions: optimize the organizatio n of YT private kindergarten;To strictly obey laws related to preschool education, to stren gthen the legal consciousness of administrative staff, to forbid campus violence and bu s safety events;To establish an internal control system basing on social responsibility is n ot only for obtaining economic benefits, but also for achieving a bumper harvest of bot h social and economic;Establishing an internal control system of the YT private kinderga rten’s social responsibility is merely the first step, what’s the most important thing is to p ut it into practice, which means social responsibility should be integrated into kindergarte n’s control over its routines and be expressed by teachers’ daily behaviors.Through analyzing the relevant theory of internal control and the YT private kinderg arten’s current situation, this paper provided various improvements for the existing probl ems of YT private kindergarten’s control over its social responsibility. Ultimately these i mprovements gave an impetus to sustainable development of the YT private kindergarte n.In this paper, the existence of deficiencies, hand selected YT private kindergarten do es not represent all the problems existing in private kindergarten in the social responsibili ty of internal control, so that the study is not comprehensive enough; on the one hand du e to YT private kindergarten information is confidential internal control areas, in there ar e restrictions when you get this information, leading to study the kindergarten is not dee p enough; on the other hand my theory still lacks the expertise to lack of experience, it i s also necessary to structure private kindergarten YT control internal social responsibilit y, security risks, social internal control system is imperfect liability issues continue to im prove research.
