With the rapid development of our China’s economy, the scale of the higher vocational education is growing fast in our country, China has more than 1200 higher vocational colleges in our country currently, it is the world’s largest vocational education system,and it will reach 14.8 million vocational college students by 2020. I think what differentiates vocational education from traditional education is the vocational education is base on employment oriented. How to improve the students’ practical ability is a key problem of the higher vocational education.This paper is research on construction of practical teaching system of marketing major in higher vocational colleges based on the employment oriented. On the basis of the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, Comparing with the domestic and foreign practical teaching system,and found the gap between them. The study taking Huizhou Economics And Polytechnic College marketing major as a case, investigation and study of Huizhou and the surrounding areas of marketing talent demand. At the same time, learning what the status of the practical teaching system, finding the problems existing in the practical teaching system of higher vocational education, and then puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the practical teaching system.The research methods used in this paper include case study, literature analysis and investigation. At a practical level, this paper can provide reference for cultivating marketing talents in higher vocational colleges, improving vocational education actual effect, and train more high quality to satisfy the needs of the socialist economic construction marketing talent.The graduate of Huizhou Economics And Polytechnic College marketing major has the advantage of the employment.Through deepening school enterprise cooperation, to develop the excellent marketing skills for the social needs of talents.This model can provide reference for the implementation of Vocational Education in the local vocational education administrative departments.
