The Research Of Talents Training Mode Of Cheeloo University

In recent years, the reform of talent training mode has become a hot issue in the field of education. 《National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan( 2010-2020)》proposed to innovative talent training mode, and also put forward to improve the quality as the core task of education reform and development. At present, the reform of the personnel training mode of higher education in china is imminent. Cheeloo University, during the period of Republic of China, under the political chaos and the harsh environment, struggled along and made prominent achievements, it was inseparable with the core——training mode. The review of training mode of Cheeloo University can inspire the reform of modern talents training mode of colleges and universities.This paper argues that the talent training model is composed of a series of factors, It’s a more stable process to achieve a certain goal and implementation, through education and training system, and examed by the end of training evaluation. This article mainly uses the literature analysis method, reference and composition of personnel training mode of the concept, through the collection of existing files, biography, the results of previous studies. It researchs the training mode of Cheeloo University from 1931 to 1952, to know the operation of training mode of Cheeloo University and the relationship between the training mode and the society need. This article researchs the concept of training, Cheeloo University training system, training process, training evaluation. The concept of training is to highlight the pursuit of truth and for the social service; training system has broad and narrow sense, the training system of broad sense includs: enrollment system, achievement evaluation and examination system. The training system of the narrow sense includes: credit system and the elective system, tutorial system, the scholarship system; personnel training process focuses on the administrative organization, teaching management, the construction of campus culture; historical contribution focuses on the situation of graduates and contribution of Cheeloo University.Through the research, the paper summarizes the enlightenment for our training mode reform, mainly from the following aspects : the importance of updating the idea of talent training mode and the implementation of personnel training objectives; adjust the system of teaching system for student oriented; optimize institutional settings to improve work efficiency; to strengthen the teachers’ professional development and pay attention to teacher’s training; to encourage the construction of campus culture to improve the all-round development of the students’ morality, intelligence, body, beauty.
