In this paper, the reform and opening-up, from the development and evolution of basic physical education reform in our country, discusses the value orientation of basic physical education reform. This paper mainly through the literature material method, history method, interview method and other research methods, based on our country the development of physical education reform and evolution as the research object, from the political, economic and cultural development and change of the social background, such as aims to summarize basic physical education reform in China since the reform and opening up at the same time, the history of the development of induction and determine the dominant value orientation in different periods, and from multi-angle perspective to interpret the history change of basic physical education reform value orientation, to provide theoretical reference for the reform of basic physical education in our country in the future. History is any guide, the rise and fall. For a review of the history is helpful to innovation, more can promote the further development of physical education reform. In this paper, the conclusion is:1. The basic physical education reform in China is the value orientation has experienced three stages: from 1978, a 1991 recovery adjustment phase, the dominant value orientation is "mass sports"; 1992 in 2000 to explore the transition stage, the dominant value orientation is the quality of "sports" and "lifetime sports"; New century since the 2001- comprehensive reform and rapid development phase, the dominant value orientation is health first for the purpose of "humanistic sports".2. The characteristics of the value orientation change: from the standpoint of sports education goals achieved by a single value orientation to the transition of the pluralistic value orientation, namely by the unilateral "social standard" or "the knowledge standard to multiple" society, knowledge, personal "trinity of the value orientation of change; From the Angle of sports teaching properties achieved by "tool sports" value orientation to the "life sports" to "humanistic sports value orientation of" change; From the Angle of sports education development achieved by physical skills to the physical sports, physical sports to quality, quality to lifelong sports, lifelong sports to humanistic sports gradually shift.3. Our country sports education value orientation change the basis of the contradiction and conflict: value between the main body of "binary opposition" value conflict; Reform process "ought" and "reality" of the value of the conflict, and explains the influence of our country the main factors of basic physical education reform value orientation change.4. This article suggested that elementary school sports education should return to "life world", physical education teaching implementation situation into real life; On the basis of the future will continue to pursue the "humanistic sports" in physical education value orientation, focus on "life sports" sports, survival and life value pursuit. And basic physical education should pay attention to the embodiment of the humanistic spirit and sports culture, from theory to action; Basic physical education reform in our country and the value orientation of the choice to focus on the need of social development, pay attention to the intellectual, social, and personal value orientation of the trinity, focus on the basis of building school, family, social trinity new pattern of school physical education, in pursuit of phase combination of benefit and long-term benefit; In terms of choice of the value orientation of the future will be geared to the needs of social development new needs, according to their aptitude, both the students’ interest in physical, psychological, personality, sports, social responsibility and the needs of the many aspects, such as sports culture.
