With the further development of the world’s education reform,the Teacher’s professional development has become the core of education reform.As our country’s kindergarten education developed rapidly,the teacher’s professional calls highly,teacher’s education issues have received widely attention from all kinds of work.Kindergarten teacher’s professional development has become a core point of people’s attention.Kindergarten teacher’s professional is a key point in pre-school education’s quality,but in the actual kindergarten work,there are a lot of dilemma in teacher’s professional development.This paper summarizes the relevant articles firstly,and then focusing on one single teacher,using educational narrative research to gain lots of material,and then analyze this teacher’s dilemma dynamically.Through this,to demonstrate a teacher’s true development and find the strategy helping her go out of the dilemma.This paper consists of four parts:The first part——the raise of the problem,containing the background of the research and the literature review for the relevant articles.This research contains two part:theory part and practice part and Using this to tell the research background.The kindergarten teacher development is the key point of the kindergarten’s development.Kindergarten teacher’s development have dilemma in practice.The literature review contains of two parts:the first part is about teacher’s professional development,the second part is about the educational narrative research.The second part——the research design.This part mainly contains the choose of the research method,the choose of the research’s object,the way to gain the research material and the research ethic.Teacher’s professional development and the educational narrative research is suitable,so this article mainly use educational narrative research to do the research.Choosing one kindergarten teacher who is suited in age,teach age,passion in education.the way to gain the material are interview method,observational method,physical collection method and documentary method.During the research, based on the research ethic,the research place,the teacher’s name are all hided.The third part——a series of story about the kindergarten teacher with professional development dilemma.Focusing on the teacher’s education and teaching,interpersonal education,on the way of growing up,the story are about“The Teaching Level Can Not Go Up Anymore”,“My Situation Is Awkward ”,“Only Work Hard,How To Look Back”.Although there’s a lot of dilemma in her professional development,she still has passion in professional development and wants to get the support and attention.The fourth part——reflection and suggestion.In this part,I firstly reflect on the subject of this article,containing what is the teacher’s professional development dilemma,what are the factors.And then reflect on the whole research about the article’s method,how is the kindergarten teacher develop and change in this research,what do I learn in this research.At last,tell something about how to develop the teacher’s professional level in the teacher herself and the society.
