Rural education has been developed up to now, the policies of school layout adjustment have been implemented up to now, if the people who lived in rural areas benefit from this policy. Whether rural school consolidation meets the needs of rural parents to pursuit high quality education and promotes the education fair between the urban and rural areas. It is very important for further improvement and implement of school layout adjustment policy to describe the relevant stakeholders’ experiences in the rural school consolidation and to explore how the relevent stakeholders that are involved before,during and after school consolidation to construct this social phenomenon. In this study, we choose the phenomenological research methods to investigate those person with different experiences in the consolidation of rural school in the BS vilage of D town Located in the northeast of China.Through the in-depth interviews with participants, we have collect a lot empirical datas from individuals who have experienced this phenomenon. Base on the presentation of "textural description" and "interpertative description" of phenomenological writing, we restore that different relevant stakeholders is how to experience the rural school consolidation,and reveal the essence of the phenomenon of consolidation: first, to the local education administrator, school consolidation have improved the economies of scale and the quality of education; second, the students experience the negative environmental impacts in the process of school consolidation, but “kids are kids”, and finally, students have successfully been able to integrate into the new learning environment and get interests in the benefit game in the school consolidation; third,rural teachers think their position is consistent with the Central Primary School headmaster and education administrator, and show helpless to the loss of interest;fourth, in order to the development of their children, the rural families think that the price paid of the school consolidation within their affordable range; fifth,The rural residents feel that the school consolidation has no effect on rural communities. School in rural communities is a sense of declining; sixth, the Central Primary School said that the school consolidation is "win-win".
