In today’s society, the ability of competition and cooperation consciousness increasingly become the basic requirement of the society to the individual, and classroom teaching in junior high school teaching mode need to adopt more team cooperation, let the students learn to cooperate in the competition, the cooperation of common progress. Paper discusses county in henan province W L school group cooperative teaching mode, the characteristics of application from our group to classroom teaching and school management system is analyzed. Team construction is the key, so comparing group construction work is introduced in detail, combined with the characteristics of Chinese teaching at the same time, the group cooperation learning teaching mode of classroom management and school management.The main purpose of the current curriculum reform is to make students actively participate in and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, Chinese team teaching model helps to improve the classroom efficiency. Team cooperation teaching generally includes team cooperation of the two aspects of teaching and group cooperation learning, this article have it both ways.
