Currently, there are a large number of classroom teaching studies,in this case,the novice teachers often pay attention to the teaching content, despise the teaching behavior, pays attention to the questions of the classroom design behavior, despise feedback behavior.So how to improve the new teachers’ feedback behavior became the key.This study compare the instructional feedback behavior of the course of mathematics concept of novice teachers with expert teachers, and put forward some proposals to improve the classroom feedback ability of notice teachers.This research is divided into two sub-researches:(A)Based on the literature research, video observe, the structured interview and consulting experts, we reached the classification scale of classroom feedback behavior of the course of mathematics concept. In this scale,we divided the classroom feedback of teachers into five dimensions;(B)We select three novice and three expert teachers, select three type of algebra, geometry, and statistics of three kinds of concept class as a subject. Based on video analysis, coding statistics, and the data processing function of Excel and SPSS17.0 software,we compare the classroom feedback of novice and expert teachers in algebra, geometry and review lesson using the research method of quantitative.Through the above research,inductive the instructional feedback behaviors of mathematics concept of novice teachers with expert teachers in the different class types.According to the conclusion, in view of the different class gives advice.We give suggestions for algebra class are based on induce the feedback,encourage feedback,steering feedback,and written feedback,and the rest of the feedback is complementary;We give suggestions for geometry class are based on weaker verbal feedback, explain feedback,corrective feedback and nonverbal feedback,and the rest of the feedback is complementary;We give suggestions for statistics class are based on weaker verbal feedback, strong verbal feedback, repeated feedback, induction of feedback, ask feedback, and other feedback is complementary.Also specifically for the novice teachers gives the following Suggestions: Reduce repeat positive feedback;Increase the nonverbal feedback types;Increase the induction feedback;Learn to let go.
