By comparing go fitness, gymnastics exercises influence on college students’ morphological and physiological indexes, to fully disclose go fitness, gymnastics exercises on college students’ body form and improve the effect and difference of physiological function, scientific and reasonable way of physical exercise for college students to provide important theoretical and practical significance. In 30 normal college students(male, female each 15) as the experimental object, the random divided into simple(group A), fitness walk fitness gymnastics(group B) and control group, experimental group exercise three times A week, every 30 min, control group of normal life, learning, exercise period is 6 months. Choose their weight, BMI, waist hip ratio, and begin to bend as the evaluation indexes of body shape; Choosing a college students quiet heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure and vital capacity for physiology evaluation index.Using experimental design between groups, after six months of fitness and gymnastics practice, reveals the fitness walking and gymnastic exercises to improve college students’ body shape and physiological indexes effect and the effect difference, the conclusion is:(1) by comparing the experimental group A and control group in college students before the experiment, the differences between the body shape, found simple fitness walking can effectively improve college students’ BMI and waist-to-hip ratio, but little effect on the improvement of the college students’ weight and begin to bend.(2) by comparing the experimental group A and control group in college students’ experiment before and after the difference of physiological indexes, find that simple fitness walking can effectively improve students’ quiet heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, and lung capacity, fitness walking can effectively improve the students’ cardiovascular function and cardiopulmonary function;(3) by comparing the experimental group and control group B after college students before the experiment and form for the difference, find fitness walk with gymnastics can effectively improve college students’ BMI, waist hip ratio and begin to bend, but found no effect on the improvement of the college students’ body weight;(4) by comparing the experimental group and control group B students experiment before and after the difference of physiological indexes, find fitness walking combining gymnastic exercises can effectively improve students quiet heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, but no significant effect on the lung capacity improvement of college students the meaning of(5) by comparing the experimental group A and group B after college students experiment of the differences in body shape and physiological indexes, found simple fitness walking waist-to-hip ratio for college students to improve the effect of significantly better than go fitness gymnastics exercises, fitness walk with gymnastics practice effect on the improvement of the college students begin to bend significantly better than simple go fitness, in addition, according to differences in the physiological indexes, simple fitness walk to improve their cardiovascular function and the effect of cardiopulmonary function significantly better than go fitness gymnastics;(6) compared with normal-weight students, fitness walking and gymnastic exercises can make college students tend to be stable in the process of exercise to ensure weight conditions, shape the perfect size and ideal curves, are college students choose the way to lose weight ideal exercise modes. Though, this research reveals the fitness walking, gymnastics practice effect on the improvement of the college students’ body shape and physiological function, but the research still exists some shortage, Suggestions in future study, should be different levels of BMI college students as the subjects, explore go fitness, gymnastics exercises on the influence of different BMI values students’ weight, revealing go fitness, gymnastics exercises on college students’ weight loss; Should discuss go fitness, gymnastics exercises on college students’ gender differences in the effect of body shape and physiological indexes, for male and female college students’ scientific and objective physical exercise plan provides the feasible reference; Should go fitness, gymnastics is emphatically discussed between practice and college students body shape and physiological function of \ "dose effect\", and more comprehensive physical exercise and the individual morphology and physiological function of the dose relationship.
