In recent years, China’s economic development rapidly, the education also flourishes. At the same time,the higher education become popular, with the expansion of the scale also bring about the needs of quality improving of education. Therefore, all sectors of society began to pay attention to quality assessment and assurance of higher education. However, based on various factors, most of the higher education quality evaluation for government agencies, universities, employers or academic organization, but students in the higher education serviced as object role did not cause enough attention; especially the evaluation system in higher education student satisfaction based is not perfect. In the business field, research on the connotation and characteristics of service quality, customer satisfaction evaluation model has been more mature, but in higher education, research on student satisfaction about the quality of higher education is very weak. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance of research in this area.We are taking the "customer" of higher education-- college students as the population, and carry out investigation and study of learning satisfaction. First of all, using management science and higher education theories, taking quality of service, higher education service quality, customer satisfaction, and student satisfaction to theoretical and research status; then, combing the method of literature review, analyzing on student satisfaction evaluation system mainly, learning from the satisfaction evaluation system of America and British students satisfaction assessment scale and some Chinese scholars’ assessment, established Hangzhou Normal University(following referred to as the "HZNU") students’ learning satisfaction measurement index system, mainly in the learning environment, teaching management, theory teaching, practice teaching, the expected and result of these five indicators; and then, conducting to investigate the system of Hangzhou Normal University undergraduate learning satisfaction by questionnaire survey method; according to the analysis, the research data of the characteristics and problems of the learning results satisfaction of Hangzhou normal university students, and put forward some measures and suggestions.Collation and analysis of satisfaction survey data of Hangzhou Normal University undergraduate learning, the results are as follows:(1) the Hangzhou Normal University undergraduate overall evaluation of the learning satisfaction is good, but the teaching management index satisfaction is lower than the overall satisfaction;(2) taking comparison with the average of each index satisfaction, learning environment the highest mean value and mean value of teaching management the minimum;(3) in the specific problem of satisfaction compared to the average, the highest score is the application of multimedia classroom, the lowest score is the selection of textbooks;(4) in the demographic the different of angle, gender, grade and subject categories, resulting in significant differences on learning satisfaction evaluation. According to the questionnaire, in order to improve the satisfaction of learning and teaching quality of Hangzhou normal university students, and put forward the following suggestions: improving theory teaching, promote the students and teachers interaction; to strengthen practical teaching, improve the employment ability; strengthen teaching management, enhance students’ service consciousness; optimizing the learning environment, create excellent conditions for learning.
