Verbal behavior of teachers teaching is one of the important behavior of teachers teaching.The classroom speech is the main way for a variety of communication between teachers and students in the classroom,which is an important tool to help teachers to complete the teaching goal. In the last ten years, more and more educational scholar pay attention to the study of teachers teaching speech acts. In this paper, we mainly analyze the differences of verbal behavior of teachers teaching in junior middle school mathematics classroom by classroom video and Excel spreadsheets to collect and research data. Finally, we put forward some proposals to improve the verbal ability of novice and expert teachers in junior school mathematics classroom by comparison.This research is divided into two sub-researches. In the first sub-research, the use of methods of literature, classroom observation, video analysis, group discussions and consultation with practical teachers and relevant experts, conduct research of junior mathematics classroom language for the classification scale, which will be divided the classroom verbal behavior into 10 kinds. In the second sub-research, select geometry, algebra, review the three types of classroom shooting of three persons for each new and veteran teachers for purpose, use the same class of heterogeneous research methods, video documentary, data coding, statistics and use Excel, by conduct to the overall quantitative of the new and veteran teachers in three kinds of classroom speech acts.Based on two sub-research, summarize the differences of classroom verbal behavior of new and veteran teachers in different type of course. Finally, combining with the research conclusion, we give some advice to help new teachers to improve their classroom verbal ability: play a role of the teacher’s guide, Timely and appropriate inspiring and evaluative language for students; Seize the teaching difficult point, reduce repetitive questions appropriately; increases the greeting words and spring words appropriately, establish a good relationship between teachers and students. Combined with the related conclusion, put forward beneficial to improvement the veteran teachers’ classroom verbal ability suggestion: help the the new teacher to grow rapidly, expand the team of excellent teacher; Seize the teaching difficult point, reduce repetitive questions appropriately; presetting before teaching and reflecting after teaching to improve the classroom teaching.
