The Study Of The Impact Of Xi’an Industrial Structure’s Adjustment On Secondary Vocational Schools In Professional Settings

As a secondary occupation education serving directly for the development of theeconomy and facing an important period of economic transition, the professional settingdetermines whether the talent training of school can meet the needs of society. It plays animportant role in maintain the constant increasing of the development of economy in ourcountry. Based on the research on the regional economic development of Xi’an, it providestheoretical and practical basis to the scientific and reasonable professional settings andadjustment, consequently put forward constructive opinions for the scientific development toXi’an Vocational Schools, in order to adapt to the development of regional economicrequirements.In recent years, Xi’an puts forward to the opinions of accelerating the pace of adjustmentand optimization of industrial structure, accelerating industrial upgrading as a strategicindustry structure, and actively building a modern industrial system in order to make Xi’an bean international metropolis. Through the domestic and overseas literature reviews, this paperhas a clear object and method and defines r the core concepts in the study. In addition, throughthe investigation and statistical data, it analyzes the three industry layout and internaldevelopment status with the combination of the ideas of the establishment of a modernindustrial system of Xi’an in recent years. On the basis of that, it explores the demand forprofessionals with the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure of Xi’an, and thendraws the effect of demand for professional talent. Taking the secondary vocational school inXi’an as an example, it analyzes three-time industrial structure and specialty setting-up, pointsout the existing problems and explores its deep-seated reasons through the statisticalcomparison of the traditional professional and new professional characteristics in recent years’enrollment and employment data. This article focuses on analysis of the influence ofadjustment of industrial structure of professional settings, emphasizing the professionalsetting secondary vocational education not only as the foundation of setting training targetsand the implementation of teaching activities, but also as a key link to the educational serviceof economy society and adapt to changes in demand of economy and society. Through thedata of a secondary vocational school in Xi’an, it analyzes the impact of adjustment andupgrading of industrial structure on the specialty setting. It draws a conclusion that the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure has animpact on the specialty setting and gives a specific suggestion that the aim of the secondaryvocational schools is serving for the regional economy by analyzing the setting of the Xi’anindustrial structure. The vocational schools should enhance the specialty of professionalsettings on the basis of the regional industry, under the macro-control of education authorities,relying on special industries, and further strengthening the cooperation between colleges andenterprise. At the same time, according to the adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure,additional specialties should be set up with the purposes of emphasizing the training ofprofessional skills, enhancing the effectiveness of the specialties and meeting the demand oftalent under the new industrial structure.
