According to the requirements of the technical movement on long jump, long jump athletes take high-speed run-up pedal to fast and accurately on the springboard and then jump to create the horizontal jumps as far as possible,. Long jump technology is the core of the long jump, the long jump technique is the decisive factors on the athletes of long jump, Proposed pertinent teaching means to teach about the long jump athletes in the run-up, take-off, flight and cohesion run-up and take-off make technical errors.In this paper, combined with the technical characteristics of long jump in long jump teaching as the breakthrough point, on the basis of a great deal of information, listen to the experts idea with rich experience in teaching, department the sports training of2012class1class2class as the object of study, one of the class is an experimental class, teaching method is adopted for the main correcting wrong movements of the long jump technique, another class as the control class, traditional teaching methods. The experimental class and the control class were long jump4week teaching experiment. Because of the experimental group in long jump teaching the easily made mistakes in teaching methods, to enable students to speed up the long jump technical mastery, strengthen the understanding of technical movement in long jump. Let the students understand their reasons of the errors in the process of promoting technical movement in long jump, let students active thinking the analysis error action cause and timely correction under the guidance of teachers.By methods of observation, expert interview,literature, test, statistics for teaching the students and analyze the level of long-jump.Provide a reference for teaching work of long jump in the future。The result shows:1.
