The importance of teachers’ teaching capability is emphasized again in the National mid and long-term reform and development Plan (2010-2020). At present, episode of teaching has gradually become one of the significant means to improve teachers’teaching capability. However, simulating real teaching situations in episode of reaching, which is lack of students’cooperation, has been a difficult point. And this article aims to make more English teachers to know how to use language strategies to make the virtual teaching environment as vivid and natural as the real class situations.Literature study, interview and other research methods are adopted in this article. The author consults relevant literatures on episode of teaching and summarizes them, and carries out an interview on front-lines English teachers about their knowledge of episode of teaching, then watches and makes a deep analysis of a series of English episode of teaching factual records in Fujian Province. After doing these, some problems, which exist in simulating real teaching situations in episode of reaching by English teacher, are discovered by the author. Based on strategies of language and relative theory, this article concludes some methods for English teachers to simulate a vivid and natural teaching environment, including through teachers’directives, teachers’questions, and teachers’feedback. By discussing this topic, the author hopes to offer the front-lines English teachers some help on episode of teaching, and expects researchers to pay more attention to relevant discussions.
