| In recent years, individual and group events of Chinese college students emerge inan endless stream, all kinds of emergencies occur continuously, and the frequency is ofaccelerating trend. University education is a quasi-public product, and the institutions ofhigher learning are the barometer of dynamic social thoughts, that is, the thoughts,emotions and behaviors of college students reflect the school level and art of publicmanagement, but also reflect social thoughts, and will often have considerable impacton the environment of humanities, the guidance of public opinions, or even the wholesocial values. The same is true in the higher occupation colleges. Coupled with the morecomplicated student sources categories, different personnel training goals, there areobvious differences in higher occupational college student emergencies, therefore,innovation and breakthrough are needed in the establishment of control system andcoping strategies.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of individuality emergencies, andputs forward the conflict theory, motivation theory, the theory of crisis management andother related theories on the treatment of individual incidents. Secondly, this papergenerally introduces the higher vocational colleges’ individual incidents in ChangzhouScience and Education City Park in the recent two years, and summarizes the six newcharacteristics. Then, from three aspects of the society, schools and individuals,systematic analysis are given to the influence factors of higher vocational colleges’individuality emergencies. On this basis, in accordance with the three managementstages of the higher vocational colleges’ individuality emergencies--before,during,after--corresponding countermeasures of social support and individual growth measures of school education management are put forward to improve individual emergencyprevention system for the higher vocational colleges. |
