In2009the Ministry of Education promulgated the "middle and primary schoolteacher in charge work regulations", clearly pointed out that "the sixteenth class in thedailyeducation and teaching management, a appropriate way for students to makecriticismof the right to education." This suggests that the Ministry of education hasbeen highly concerned about the problems of modern education, and began to activelyrespond tosolve the problem, it also give a legal basis for the implementation ofcriticism.Renowned educator Mr. Tao Xingzhi said:"children in education, butalso profoundcriticism than praise, because criticism must pay attention to the method, it isan art,you use well, it is also useful effect than praise." But how to criticize, teachers do nothave a specific detailed rules. This is the reason of this study.In this paper, based on the author’s XG as the research object, mainly adoptsthemethod of questionnaire survey and case study combined. With this writing has alsocarried out the relevant questionnaire. The questionnaire is divided into three parts:one forin-service teacher. The distribution of30questionnaires. Second as a parent,distributed150questionnaires. Respectively according to the low high three yearsperiod of parents. Thirdstudents, mainly for middle and high grade, at this time thestudents have some idea. Inorder to increase the authenticity of the research in this paper, the author alsouses interviews, interviews with10teachers, and has carried on the related records. Inaddition, the author also consulted a lot of literature andtheory of consolidation, combiningtheory and empirical way, and strive for the research in this paper provides real data.This article appeared in the teachers in the primary school management in the"criticism right" and the lack of criticism and education in the dilemma as the main line,inthe survey reflect the objective criticism education exist some obstacles andphenomenon ofteachers do not use, and an analysis of the causes. Through the case of the feedback, put forward specific measures to improve the criticism, criticism and education managementcapacity, to improve the students’ self consciousness of criticism.The study found, criticism and education specific implementation measures is tooabstract. Each of the teachers have a clear standard for a specific level of implementation,the lack of implementation of the scale and operation. The implementation of standardsclearly has no national law, has led to criticism and education to play its role.In addition.The whole social environment encourageeducation, teacher education through criticism onskills also need to be improved.
