This paper based the theories of techniques, tactics and winning objective law of table tennis on guiding ideology, on the basis of development status of the world men’s table tennis techniques and tactics. Using the methods of Literature data, Video observation, Mathematical statistics, Three phase indexes, Advantage and disadvantages techniques, analysed and researched on the technical and tactical characteristics of the Three foreign excellent table tennis players with strong competitive strength. In order to provide references for Chinese men’s table tennis team training and competition.Through the research, draw the following conclusions:1、BOLL Timo:Evaluation of BOLL Timo’s10game with three-phase indexes, technical and tactical level of play close to good in the defeated game attacking-after-service phase and attacking-after-receive phase, but technical and tactical level of stalemate segment was fail. In the win games, technical and tactical level of play in attacking-after-receive phase was very excellent, technical and tactical level of play was good in the attacking-after-service phase and the stalemate segment. The attacking-after-service phase’s scoring percentage is very close among the win game and the defeated games. In win game attacking-after-receive phase and stalemate phase’s scoring rate was significantly higher than defeated game. The use rate in the win and defeat game was close. Using analysis of the advantage and disadvantages techniques, BOLL Timo’s the most excellent technique is attacking to middle line by the forehand loop drive, smash etc, next, sideways loop drive angle shot and forehand loop drive angle shot, and backhand attacking to middle line. Disadvantages techniques is the defend in the forehand and backhand, and push to net zone.2、MIZUTANI Jun:Evaluation of MIZUTANI Jun’s10game with three-phase indexes, in the defeated game, attacking-after-service phase’s scoring percentage is close to pass, attacking-after-receive phase’s scoring percentage is good, stalemate phase’s scoring rate is not pass. In the win game, the attacking-after-service phase’s scoring percentage is close to good, the attacking-after-receive phase’s scoring percentage is close to excellent, the stalemate phase’s scoring rate is good. The attacking-after-service phase and attacking-after-receive phase’s scoring percentage are slightly higher than the defeated games. In the win games the stalemate phase’s scoring rat is more higher than the defeated games. Using analysis of the advantage and disadvantages techniques, MIZUTANI Jun’s the most excellent technique is forehand side-topspin short angle shot, next forehand side-backspin short angle shot, forehand loop drive angle shot, backhand loop drive straight line. Disadvantages techniques is the defend in the forehand and backhand, and push to net zone.3、SAMSONOV Vladimir:Evaluation of MIZUTANI Jun’s10game with three-phase indexes, in the defeated games, the attacking-after-service phase’s scoring percentage is not pass, the attacking-after-receive phase’s scoring percentage is good, the stalemate phase’s scoring rate is not pass. In the win games, the attacking-after-service phase’s scoring percentage is close to excellent, the attacking-after-receive phase’s scoring percentage is very excellent, the stalemate phase’s scoring rate is good. The scoring percentage rates of the win games all are more higher than the defeated games. The use rate in the win and defeat game was close. Using analysis of the advantage and disadvantages techniques, SAMSONOV Vladimir’s the most excellent technique is forehand loop drive angle shot, next backhand loop drive angle shot, side-loop drive angle shot and push to net zone. Disadvantages techniques is the defend in the forehand and backhand and on court smash to straight line.
