Question is a source of innovation and they are an important part of student’s effectivelearning. Issues are the Foundation of student’s creative problem-solving, as well as thebeginning and the end of teaching activities. Innovation is essentially a problem as a startingpoint, to resolve the issue for the end of the process, which requires students to haveconsciousness of the problem. In the context of this kind of education for the training ofstudents’ creation and cultivating students’ problem awareness is especially important.Cultivating students ’ consciousness of the most direct and effective way is to stimulatestudents’ thinking and enable students to "think the thousand years. In particular, teachersaffect students’ thinking of the issues through good questions to stimulate students’ thinkingand cultivate students’ consciousness of the problem.Questions-asking is the primary means of communication between teachers and studentsin the classroom. Problems or issues are commonly used in mathematics teaching in juniorhigh school. The type and quality of questions decide whether to help stimulate students’thinking and they will decide whether or not conducive to cultivating students’ consciousnessof the problem. This paper as follows based on the above:Firstly, collate and summarize the research related to the type of problems, problemconsciousness, problem designing.Secondly, cultivate students’ theoretical basis based on consciousness. Questionconsciousness lies in stimulating students’ thinking and what types of questions to stimulatestudents’ thinking research is the points of the research.The zone of proximal developmentand recreation can stimulate students’ thinking and cultivating students’ consciousness ofproblems and it provides support and guidance based on the theory behind the strategy ofcultivating students’ problem awareness.Thirdly, we analysis classes and daily classroom teaching design of cultivating students’consciousness of teachers in State by combining quantitative and qualitative research methods.Which daily classroom instruction covering new two common course lectures and exerciseclasses. Number points at the quantitative analysis of the problems and analysis the number ofthe whole class question’s type. Quality points at the piece of classroom teaching and it is thecore issues and the problems.
