Managerial Innovation Study On EMBA Alumni Association Of D University

The Alumni Association has developed in USA, because of its national economy developed, long history university, rich experience and alumni resources. In China, due to historical reasons, long history university is few, and after various forms of reform, to carry out time alumni work shorter, but popular type is higher. At present almost all universities have alumni association, also in practice and innovation in different forms.The author found that in practical work, at present for the EMBA alumni less management work and related research. EMBA alumni is a special group of ordinary alumni, first of all the school age differences, second of the school learning time is short, third the status of learning is not stable, it will cause the EMBA alumni association work are difficult. But we generally think of instant resource of EMBA alumni to be much higher than the general alumni. Colleges and universities should take EMBA alumni as the key research object to the effective development and management, to carry out targeted for EMBA alumni characteristic mutual benefit and win-win realization between university and alumni.This paper adopts literature method, comparative method, case method, interview method, analysis of the EMBA alumni of D university present situation and the existence question, proposed the content and the management mode innovation.This paper describes the concept of the alumni, the Alumni Association, EMBA education first, points out the characteristics of EMBA alumni, as carried out the analysis background. Use of management innovation theory, and the literature method, comparative method, interviews and other means, from the United States and China’s successful alumni examples, the D University EMBA alumni were analyzed and the problems of working status, proposes the D University EMBA alumni content and suggestions of management innovation.
