The research purpose and meaning:Across2010sixth national physique and theresult shows: the students’ physique condition compared with2005, reflecting thephysical in the declining of groups of college students in China.At present, theproblem of college students physical deterioration has caused the attention of therelevant departments, and attempts to formulate a series of national fitness program tosolve this problem.Colleges and universities as the cradle of training talents, moreshould pay attention to the cultivation of the student body, and through measures suchas the system of practice teaching, learning and improve college students’ physique,and try to group for the students to find suitable for their own way to exercise, for thefuture lay a good foundation for the social sports and lifelong sports.Compared withthe social groups, college students learning task is heavy, exercise time often replacedby tension of learning.As a result, sitting for a long time, cause muscle strains withinthe part of the young students, strength weakened, such problems as lack of exercise,cause lumbago, backache, spinal deformation, pelvic tilt, the length of the legs ofsome problems of change has become a common phenomenon, so it is urgent toimprove the students’ flexibility quality.And the PNF stretching method in theresearch of this paper can improve students in painless after injury situation, let thestudents no longer refuse to sports activities.At home before PNF stretching methodhas been applied in the field of professional athletes, the author wants to study ingroups of young students development universality PNF stretching method, in orderto promote this group to contribute the constitution. The results of the study:Six weeks of hip flexibility training can effectivelyimprove the tensile flexibility.After training, the experimental group and controlgroup in the seat legs open in succession, crook proneness, hip flexion Anglecomparison in the group were very significant differences.The refresh rate of theexperimental group is bigger, show.PNF stretching method can more effectivelyimprove the tensile hip flexibility.After six weeks of training, the experimental groupand control group of the tensile sit-ups value had no obvious change, PNF stretchingmethod, the impact on the strength still need further study.In keeping the relaxationand contraction-relaxation, static stretching and dynamic stretching four stretchingmethod, keep-relax stretching method had evident effects on the hip Angle, followedby contraction-relaxation, again is the static stretching, finally the dynamic tensile.
