With the increase of independent college, expansion of the scale of theproblems existing in the independent institute management also more and more,because of the internal control problems caused by weak foundation more apparent,the current domestic and foreign research on internal control are mostly forenterprises, colleges and universities of our country in recent years, the internalcontrol research has made some achievements, but the construction of internal controlsystem in colleges and universities in our country still has many deficiencies,independent college as a new school-running mode, development time is shorter, thecurrent research on internal control system of the independent college is rare,therefore, strengthen the independent college internal control research, promote theimprovement of the independent college internal control system, to promote thehealthy development of independent colleges has important theoretical and practicalsignificance.In this paper, starting from the development of the research of domestic andforeign internal control, introduces the internal control theory, combined with thecharacteristics of independent colleges in China, analyzes the internal control statusquo of independent college, with Z college as an example, the main content of theinternal control of Z college are analyzed in detail, then the Z school improvementand perfection of internal control put forward some feasible policy Suggestions, thelast hope independent college under the leadership of the board of directors and the dean, all the teachers and students work together, to combine its own characteristicson the basis of gradually perfect the internal control, realize the rationalization ofself-management and self-supervision, constantly optimize their management system,internal control as much as possible to eliminate, bribery and embezzlement andcorruption problems such as wasting resources in the economic activities of theindependent college, optimize education resources, improve teaching quality,cultivate applied talents can meet the demand of social development, make thehealthy and sustainable development of independent college.
