Effective teaching is the realization of an important part of educational reform and quality education, traditional teaching methods of teaching effect is poor, neglected the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality, not only did not realize the burden of efficiency, but also can not meet the new era characteristics of the teaching requirement. Thus, the concept of innovative education, master the scientific method in education, complete the teaching targets at the same time, pay attention to cultivating students’innovative spirit and creative ability, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching is the priority among priorities of education work, is also worthy of further research and educational workers problems.This research based on the teaching of physics in senior high school, starting from the practice of physics classroom teaching, based on the research results of domestic teaching effectiveness, based on constructivism, multiple intelligence theory, the new "curriculum standard"3D object as the theoretical basis, using literature method, observation method, comparison method, study on the way of practice method combined with each other, with my own teaching experience, the effectiveness of high school physics teaching is discussed deeply. This paper is divided into seven chapters.Firstly, based on literature research, analysis of the domestic research results and effective teaching strategies, and analysis of the current situation of effective teaching in China and the problems existing in the present study, the feasibility and the necessity of this research are also discussed, this paper briefly introduces the research method and research content, the concept of the effectiveness of classroom teaching are defined, combined with literature research achievements and personal teaching experience, analysis and put forward the framework of standards, the effectiveness of the classroom teaching, namely the effectiveness of classroom teaching objectives, the effectiveness of classroom teaching behavior, the effectiveness of teachers’teaching ability, effective teaching feedback and evaluation.Secondly, I am in the environment of education, to carry out observation and research. Teaching from the teaching objectives, activities, teaching ability development of observation observation framework, compared to my school physics classroom teaching activities and outstanding cases, existing problems found in our school classroom observation results, and analyse the effectiveness of classroom teaching in our University of the main factors, the teacher factor, the factors of students, teaching factors, teaching feedback and evaluating factors.Thirdly, aiming at the factors that affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching, put forward the improvement strategy, practice research.Finally, through observing the law to evaluate practice after teaching achievement, reaches the conclusion that the implementation of the strategy will help improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, to solve practical problems in the validity of our school classroom, has obtained the good teaching effect, achieve the goal of studying. In the following aspects:First, the classroom teaching situation, create effective questioning and classroom interaction, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, active classroom atmosphere, the completion of the teaching goals.Second, teachers in the teaching of students through the guidance and inspiration, promote students to develop independent learning, independent inquiry habit, cultivate the students’ innovation spirit and innovation ability.Third, the teacher should pay attention to cultivating students’ knowledge and interest in learning, improve teaching effectiveness and student learning achievement.Fourth, the implementation of the burden of efficiency, effectively reduce the study burden and pressure of the students, to enable students to complete the task of learning in the classroom time, improve the learning effect.Fifth, innovation of the concept of teacher education and self-study, improve teachers’ professional level and quality.
