The Existed Problems And Countermeasures For Remote Training Of Weifang Junior Middle School Teachers | | Posted on:2015-09-19 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J J Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2297330467953894 | Subject:Education management | | Abstract/Summary: | | | Every year, Weifang organizes all the junior middle school teachers to attend remotetraining to improve their teaching quality and professional level.The author did lots ofresearch to some junior middle school teachers who attend remote training.Basing onquestionnaire survey results and interview methods, as well as results of the data analysis, theauthor made some conclusions of main achievements and pointed a few disadvantages.According to the survey and analysis,the author also puts forward to some suggestions whichmay be helpful to perfect the remote training.Main achievement conclusions:1.The various educational resources of remote training make teachers much moreprofessional.2.The interaction communication expands teachers’horizon.3.The guidance from the experts improves teachers’quality.4.All team staff participant of training makes the whole team unity and quality.Some points of disadvantages:1.The training content cannot meet every teacher’s requirement because of the areadifferences and teacher’s personal characters.2.The training schedule is too tight,and the teachers cannot have enough time to digest.3.The knowledge from the training is not all fit for the real teaching practice.4. Schools in some parts of the city could not make good organization during the trainingtime.Basing on the achievements and disadvantages from the remote training, the author madea few suggestions as following:1.To strengthen the organization is the most important for remote training.2.More attention should be paid on teachers development needs,and respect for teachers’multiple roles.3.Picking up excellent teachers is necessary.
