With the deepening of China’s higher education system reform，financial system basedon the construction of campus network informationization has become the informationizationconstruction of colleges and universities and institutions of higher learning is an importantresearch topic in the financial work. In recent years， through the application andpopularization of informationization technology，college financial management has changedfrom work. Through the computer software and hardware platform construction，the financialwork informationization，network，achieve the goal that data and resource sharing，promotethe standardization of the financial management work，accurate，scientific，effective，convenient and refinement. In some ways，deepen the reform of financial management ofinstitutions of higher learning，so as to promote the financial management of institutions ofhigher learning work towards a new platform.In this paper，using the method of literature research and field survey on the currentconstruction situation analysis has been made for the college finance informationization，andcombined with the growing number of teachers and students in our school，broader fundingchannels， funding amount increasing actual situation and the status quo of the financialinformationization，such as combining with the knowledge of modern financial managementconcepts and network topology，using the most advanced technology of bank settlement，WEB technology，XML technology and database technology to our financial managementinformationization system for scientific planning and rational design， relying on the oldTianCai software company， our school has no cash reimbursement system and onlinecharging system，constantly improve the level of financial informationization management inour school，in order to better service for school teaching，scientific research work. First of all，the paper analyzes the financial background and significance of informationizationconstruction，this paper introduces the present situation of domestic and foreign research onfinancial informationization and practical experience as well as the significance of theconstruction of the informationization of our school; Secondly， this paper analyzes thefinancial informationization related theory，the development of financial informationization，and support financial informationization development and practice of the technology，expounds the connotation of financial informationization construction and importance;Again， analysis of our financial informationization construction requirements， detailedelaborated the shihezi university and shihezi present situation and existing problems of thecollege finance informationization， and emphatically analyzed to improve our cash reimbursement and online charging system has been the importance of financialinformationization construction; Once again，mainly discusses from the aspects of financialinformationization construction in our school without cash reimbursement and the corecontent of online charging system，business process，business characteristics and specificsolutions; Finally，put forward the informationization construction in our school in all kinds ofsafeguard measures， and financial informationization construction of our school aresummarized.Through the study of this article， the concrete implementation plan of the shiheziuniversity architecture of financial informationization， draw lessons from other practicalexperience of college finance informationization， relying on the old TianCai softwarecompany，our school has no cash reimbursement system and online charging system，optimizethe financial business process，strengthen the function of financial management，constantlyimprove the level of financial informationization management in our school，the schoolteaching，scientific research career make greater contribution.
