With the China industrial structures upgrading rapidly,t here is a surge in demand for markets of skilled labors,which is called "shortage of skilled workers". The State Council held a national work conference on occupational education, launched the "decision" of the State Council about reform and development of the occupational education, further expand the scale of occupational education."Twelfth Five Year Plan" proposed to vigorously develop occupational education, promote the occupational education reform, and create and train a large number of professional and technical talents, and promote the development of social economy, further develop the economy of our society. Occupational education is an important part of the occupation education, is an important field for providing basic skills talents for economic and social development.From the development of occupational education, the secondary vocational education scale expands, provides more and more technical workers. But there are still some worrying phenomenon, such as the ideological and moral level of students in secondary vocational schools comparatively low, disharmonious relationship. The relationship between teachers and students, is the most basic interpersonal relationship in educational activities. The relationship between teachers and students directly affects the efficiency and quality of secondary vocational education, and have a great effect on students’ personality, abilities. Vocational school teachers and students relations problem is the core problem in the process of vocational education; the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is an unavoidable problem for, every educator, and also the key to promote development of occupation education and reform. Teachers must conform to the social development, use new teaching ideas, and build harmonious relationship of equality,democracy and respects between teachers and students.The author is engaged in secondary vocational education for many years, has accumulated rich experience in the line of education. After reading a lot of related literature, the author hopes that their experience with theoretical knowledge, through this paper, can reflect the relationship between teachers and students in vocational status, give some effective suggestions and seek some feasible improvement in relations between teachers and students.Firstly the thesis introduces the question, and presents the significance of the study, and research methods and the productions made by domestic and foreign scholars in this field. By implementing questionnaire surveys and interviews,and then collating the corresponding results,the author measures the relationship between teachers and students of the secondary vocational school from five aspects as the degree of communication between teachers and students, intimacy,conflict, expectation,and satisfaction. Then the author analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the relationship,and finally the author put forward some strategies to improve the relationships to teachers of the secondary vocational school from the above five aspects.The research is itten to reflect the present situation of relationship between teachers and students in secondary occupation, and by putting forward some feasible suggestions for secondary vocational schools, the author hopes to build a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students,...
