In our schools, teachers and students are always the most important role, and the classroom is the main front of teaching activities. Teachers as an organizer and manager, which should play well the "Teach" function, but also to fulfill the "control" duties. English Teaching has always been an important part of school education, especially in the economic development needs of the country to train junior technical personnel for the purpose of vocational schools; practical English courses are also more prominent. Improving the quality of English teaching in vocational schools and training more with the English proficiency of technical personnel are the vocational school’bounden duty. The effect of classroom management becomes an important factor which directly affects the quality of English teaching in vocational schools; therefore, we need to actively explore effective ways of English teaching classroom management in vocational schools to improve the quality of classroom management. In this paper, taking the M vocational schools as an example, through its Survey of English teaching classroom management, summarize the existing problem which are such as weak consciousness, low management capacity, great difficulty in management, etc., and analyzed the reasons causing problems from teachers, students, schools. Finally, under the guidance of classroom management theory, it put forward strategies to solve the current problems of English teaching in vocational schools exist in classroom management which are as follows:changing concepts, emphasis on classroom management; enhance learning and training to improve teacher management level; improve student self-management skills; improve school conditions to provide the conditions for classroom management.
