Under the background of school enterprise cooperation problems of professionalethics education of secondary vocational school students is a system wide involvedproblem. This study selected Changshou Binjiang vocational school students as theresearch object, taking the school enterprise cooperation as the background, tosecondary vocational school students vocational moral education existence question andthe solution as the research focus, as the main study method by using literature researchmethod and empirical research method, the issue was studied systematically andcomprehensively.According to the characteristics of the times and the needs of social development,combining with the big background of school enterprise cooperation, professional ethicseducation of vocational students content should be based on the following generaltheory of school moral education and law, highlighting the training and strengthen thevocational students professional moral quality, the concrete content includes fiveaspects: Education professionalism education, quality education, good faith cooperationconsciousness, responsibility consciousness education and awareness of the rules.For the education of professional ethics in vocational status of deep understanding,combined with the investigation of Changshou Binjiang vocational and technicalschool vocational moral education results, at present, under the background of schoolenterprise cooperation in vocational ethics education mainly has following severalproblems:1, education idea backwardness, lack of foresight;2, methods of education,lack of innovation;3, the teachers strength is weak, the lack of rationality;4, education content obsolete, lack of pertinence;5, evaluation means a single, the lack of scientific.Reasons for the above problems are in many aspects, not only the negative influenceof social environment factors, but also h the school own development situation, and theproblem of enterprises.In view of the above problems, combining the characteristics of the personneltraining mode of school enterprise cooperation, the occupation moral education in thesecondary vocational school, tries to put forward the countermeasures from thefollowing aspects:1, make full use of enterprise resources, innovative methods ofoccupation moral education mode. Mainly through the three aspects of school andenterprise play a complementary advantages, the use of excellent enterprise culture,stressing practical teaching links to further strengthen the occupation moral education ofstudents in secondary vocational school;2, the renewal education idea, establishing anexcellent quality of the occupation moral education team. Mainly includes theconstruction of ethics of teachers put to speed up the construction of team of vocationalmoral education in the first place;3, reform the traditional course content, to explore aset of professional curriculum system of moral education model. Mainly through thedevelopment of speeding up the vocational moral education school-based teachingmaterials to improve the professional ethics education pertinence and improveconstruction of professional curriculum system of moral education to improve theeffectiveness of vocational ethics education;4, strengthen school enterprise interaction,professional ethics education evaluation system of multi element standardizedconstruction.
